Esther has an extensive background in accounting, tax, and financial management. She has experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors playing a critical role in determining companies key priorities and strategic direction. She provides her clients with oversight of day-to-day financial and business operations, including cash management, budget analysis and forecasting, government reporting, and human resources.

Esther works closely with department managers to identify opportunities for strategic growth in new and existing revenue streams and implements corrective action with budget shortfalls. She has experience coordinating and leading the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Directors.
